He is survived by: his sons, Randall Galloway, William David Oates, Tim Kelley and Terry Kelley; his grandchildren, Troy David Kelley, Brody Owen Kelley, Khloe Jean Kelley, Hunter Travis Kelley, Summer Victoria Kelley, Dylan Allen Kelley and Brandon Ryland Burqett; and his siblings, Joyce Coker, Ann Salter (Ronnie), Kathleen Norwood, Linda Griner (Toby) and Donald Kelley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
