She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Mothershed; her parents, I. D. Ballard and Allene Daniels Ballard; and her siblings, Patricia Gregory, Kenny Ballard, Betty Coleman and Helen Benbow.
She is survived by: her son Milton Mothershed; her granddaughter Murry Allene Mothershed; her stepgrandson Garrison Stojak (Megan); her stepgreat-grandson Garrison Stojak Jr.; and her siblings, Kay Wilkerson, Shirley Black, Sue Duggar, Randy Ballard, June Nichols, Becky Coleman and Jim Ballard. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
