He was predeceased by: his son Brock Tossie; his parents, Fred Eugene and Irene Goldsmith Tossie; his uncle Chester; and his aunt Pattie Tossie.
He is survived by: his wife Linda K. South Tossie; his children, Jeff Tossie, Jay Sykes (Dan), Brett Tossie, Natasha Sines (Gene) and Tracey Wright; his grandchildren, Tyler Sykes, Jarred Sykes, Rachel Webber, Hannah Vinton, Brandy Harris (Elliott), Sydney Sampley (Brandon), Eugene Sines, Mike Anderson, Lyssa Anderson and Sonnie Tossie; and his sister Beverly Zellner. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
