He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Blanchard; and his parents, Elmer F. Blanchard II and Marianne Garrison Brown. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Matthew Conrad (Dontravious), Megan Davis (Sean) and Jacob Conrad; his siblings, Chris Blanchard (Victoria), Rosie Blanchard (Jennifer) and Patrick Blanchard (Kendra); and his stepfather Willard Brown (Peggy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
