We bid farewell to Vida Pritchett Cooper of Higdon, Alabama, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 22, 2025 at the age of 83. Vida Pritchett touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Pritchett and Gladys Guffey Pritchett (Harold Gene Cooper); her son Kenny Cooper; and her siblings, Opal Pritchett, William, Cleo, Homer Clyde, Calvin, J. B., Carter and Charndle Pritchett.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Cooper (Denise) and Lee Cooper (Patty); her daughter-in-law Kim Cooper; her grandchildren, Brandon Cooper, Tyler Cooper (Courtney), Rebecca Machen (Daniel), Ashley Bevel (Christopher), Dakota Cooper (Ayeshia) and Macy Cooper; and her siblings, Brenda Sealey (Tim) and Carlon Pritchett (Pam). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Corner Stone Funeral Chapel (40 Cornerstone Dr, Ider, AL 35981).
