He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kenneth and Mary Ruth Jenkins Haggard; his wife Audrey Holley Haggard; his daughters, Ava Rowan and Regina Haggard; his siblings, Mary Evelyn Smith, Martha Grimes and Donald Haggard; and his grandson Brandon Haggard.
He is survived by: his children, Iva Boozer (Dick), Martha Manderson, Debbie Dover (James), Beth Cloud (Troy), Barbie Wootten (Jeffrey), Kellie Smith (Bradley), Kristi Gentle (Billy), Tara Holland (Josh), Tina Pennington (Joseph), Gavin Haggard (Elaine), Chuck Haggard, Donny Haggard (Mickey), Chad Haggard (Courtney) and Josh Haggard (Courteney); his sisters, Betty Ballard, Julie West (Junior), Becky Phillips (Sammy) and Kathy Pickens (Rick); and his close friend Jackie Peterman. He is also survived by 52 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
