He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Stephenson; and his siblings, David Stephenson, JC Stephenson, James Stephenson, Louise Chapman and Reba Sue Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Leavern Stephenson; his son Steve Stephenson; his granddaughter Brandi Stephenson Hamlen (Dale); and his great grandchild Kaylen Hamlen.
