He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mills and Louise Mills; his daughter Cara Mills; and his brothers, Alfred, Buford and Billy Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Teet Mills; his sister Linda Sealey; and his sisters-in-law, Yvonnee Williams, Anita Hines (Jesse), Thelma Teet, Beverly Teet, Gennell Mills and Helen Mills.
