She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Downer and Rachel Smith Downer (Ed Reagan); and her sister Bobbie Butler. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Burch (Tim) and Edward Padget (Kim); her niece Sandy Blanks (Keith); her nephews, Brian Butler and Christopher Butler; her grandchildren, Victoria, Trent, Kayla, Morgan, Garcie, Savannah, Bennett, Mason and Kevin; and her brother-in-law Bobby Butler.
