He is survived by: his wife Jewell Sharp Blackwell; his children, Sue Kesler, Darrell Blackwell (Karen), Nina Freeman (Benny) and Doyle Blackwell; his daughter-in-law Robin Blackwell; his grandchildren, Tonya Brown (Jarad), Brandon Kesler (Aretha), Derrick Blackwell (Amber), Michael Freeman (Destiny), Jarrod Blackwell (Karlie), Jansen Blackwell (Cassidy) and Colton Blackwell; his great grandchildren, Zane Kesler, Whitney Brown, Rylee Kesler, Arabella, Audreana, Jasper Freeman, Nora Blackwell, Penelope and Everly Blackwell; and his brothers, William "Bill" Blackwell (Sandra) and Arvil Blackwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
