He is survived by: his wife Lillian Weather Ginn; his daughters, Jessica Frazier and Wanda Brooks (David); his grandchildren, Breanna Smith (Alex), Gabriel Frazier, Mason Brooks, Holly Brooks and Jillian Frazier; and his siblings, Diane Gass (Jim) and Randall Ginn (Shirley).
