It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Curtis Williams Sr. of Henagar, Alabama, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Williams and Roberta Fields; and his sisters, Donna Williams, Debra Jean Williams and Sylvia Railey.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie "Bets" Williams; his children, J. R. Williams, Kevin Williams, Ginger Bundy (Barney), Sharon Hand (James), Richard "Bubba" Williams (Elizabeth) and Joshua B. Williams; his grandchildren, Kelsey Hand, James "Man Man" Hand, Heather Williams, Nevaeh Williams and Mariah Williams; and his siblings, Danny Williams, Lonnie Williams, Johnny Williams, Paul Williams, Ken Williams, William Williams, Darlene Butts and Florine Moise. He is also survived by several more grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
