He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Payne and Edna Payne Woodside; and his grandson Tyler Brown. He is survived by: his wife Tina Payne; his sons, Joshua, Reagan Townson and Jonathan Payne; his siblings, Johnny (Teresa Payne) and Cynthia Ann Payne; and his grandchildren, Georgia Townson, Haley Payne, Emily Payne, Samantha Payne, Jazlynn Townson and Sierra Brown. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
