He was predeceased by: his wife Dimple Talley; his parents, Tom Talley and Tinnie Talley; his grandchildren, Matthew Talley and Chris Culver; and his daughter-in-law Melessa Talley.
He is survived by: his children, Judith Culver (Coy) and Robert Talley; his grandchildren, Jason Talley (Jennifer), Joseph Talley and Jennifer Bean Alicia (Dewayne); and his great grandchildren, Connor Culver, Jaycee Bean, Rob Bean, Gwyneth Anne Talley, Lawson Talley, Lauren Ballard, Allison Ballard, Austin Talley, Grayson Talley and Carson Talley.
