Payne; her stepson Joseph Oliver (Dana) of Henagar; and her siblings, Bobby Payne of Henagar, Donald Payne of Sylvania, Wayne Payne of Sylvania, Terry Payne of Sylvania and Ann Edmondson of Bentonville Ar. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren 11 Great Grandchildren.
