He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Sue Edmondson Durham and James Clifford Durham; his grandparents, Audry, Irene Johnson Edmondson, Anthony Burley and Lea Durham of Tennessee; and his mother-in-law Betty Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Durham; his children, Brad Durham and Meliah Blevins (Derek); his grandsons, Brodie and Brantley Blevins; his father-in-law Billy Phillips; his sister-in-law Lisa Murdock; his niece Haven Mattox (Will); his great-nephew Andy Mattox; and his great-niece Kallie Mattox.
