He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Metcalf Durham; his son Lester Nick Durham; his grandchildren, Dax Fowler (Heather), Brittany Durham and Anthony Nathaniel Durham; his sister Brenda Durham Dean (Douglas); and his niece Kristy Dean. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
