He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Chandler and Dorothy Chandler. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Chandler, Logan Chandler, Thomesha Chandler Kittle and Dakota Chandler; and his brother Tommy Chandler. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
