He is survived by: his wife Jenny Ramey; his children, Angie Irwin, Cheryl Rhodes (Mike Garner), Rayce Ramey (Jenny), Sean DeBerry and Billy Finnen (Kayla); his grandchildren, Casey Moore, Ethan Ramey, Abby Ramey, Maddie Finnen, Truett Ramey, Laylah Finnen, Samuel Garner, Cora Finnen, Tyler Deberry, Logan DeBerry and Hannah Deberry; and his sisters, Shirley Franklin (Ed), Carolyn Lee and Nell Landers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
