She is survived by: her husband Billy Phillips; her daughters, Debbie Durham (David) and Lisa Murdock; her grandchildren, Brad Durham, Meliah Blevins (Derek) and Haven Mattox (Will); her great grandchildren, Brody Blevins, Brantley Blevins, Kallie Mattox and Andy Mattox; and her nieces, Joy Wheeler (Ronnie) and Mary Ann Cook (Ross).
