He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd M. Kelley and Myrtice Kelley; his brother Travis Kelley; and his niece Lindsey Kelley. He is survived by: his brother Phil Kelley; his sister-in-law Sue Kelley (late Travis); his niece Genie Parks (Brian); his nephew Robert Kelley (Alex); his great-nephew Andrew Parks; and his great-niece Kelley Parks.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home (1498 5th Ave, Pleasant Grove, AL 35127). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
