Roger Dale Kanady Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Winfred Kanaday and Jessie Marie Taylor; and his brother Dwight Wayne Kanady. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Rae Kanady; his daughters, Donna Weaver (Wes) of Daphne, AL and Teresa Adams (Dennis) of McCalla, AL; his grandchildren, Brandon Weaver (Roxy) of Bonn, Madison Swindle (Rob) of Munster, IN, Josh Weaver of Daphne, AL and Kenzie Kitchens (Noah) of Dora, AL; his great grandchildren, Martha, Lucy, Clara and Alice; and his siblings, Jimmy Kanaday, Pam Kanaday of Cullman, AL and Kay Hamilton of Cullman, AL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Cecilia's Catholic Church (2159 AL-195, Jasper, AL 35503). A Mass was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Bethlehem East Cemetery (31 Co Rd 539, Hanceville, AL 35077).
