He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Frantz; his children, Randy Powell, Jr. (Tracie), Brent Louis (Teresa), David Stanley and Marlo Marie; his grandchildren, Meredith, Olivia, Eva, Virginia, Brink, Jude and Madilyn; and his siblings, Melvin and Brenda.
