He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. "Billy" Peel, Sr. and Mary Alice Rhodes Peel. He is survived by: his wife Leona Hughes-Peel; his children, Deidre Marie Sheehan (John) and Blaine Steven Peel; his granddaughter Teaghan Marie Sheehan; his siblings, Debbie Peel, Vicki Peel and Bill Peel (Emily); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Brooks, Ben Peel, Lindsey Peel and Colton Peel; his friend Roy Harrell; and also, Warren, Robert Hughes (Tonya), DeLois Judd (Lyle), Quint Hughes (Kay), ReNata Hughes and Kay Dawn Hughes.
