She was predeceased by: her sister Denice Lackey. She is survived by: her children, Lesya Lackey and Jacob Lackey; her siblings, Djuna Claunch (Blake) and Ben Lackey (Casey); her nephew John Strickland; her nieces, Elizabeth and Mattie Lackey; and her brother Joel Moon (Teresa).
