He is survived by: his wife Camille McKinney; his children, Joseph K. McKinney (Kay) and Tammy Carter (Phil); his grandsons, Cody McKinney (Margaret), Randy McKinney and Luke Carter; and his great grandchildren, Judson, Jaxon, Lilyth, Oscar, Trevor, Chloe and Parker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
