He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Louise. He is survived by: his wife Winnie; his daughters, Tina Boutwell (Lance) and Tonya Lewis (Kevin); his brother Ron Head (Beverly); and his grandchildren, Natalie, Kristen, Cole Boutwell and Kendall Lewis.
