He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Jewel Smith Rowland and Francis Graham Rowland; and his sister Kathryn Rowland Hatcher. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Courtney Nice (Adam) and Graham Rowland (Amber); his grandchildren, Olivia Nice, Gabbie Nice, Harrison Nice, Tailyn Rowland and Griffin Rowland; and his brother Buddy Rowland (Gail).
