She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel E. Watkins Sr.; her parents, Joseph Philip and Dessa Elizabeth Stiles; and her son Samuel E. Watkins Jr.. She is survived by: her children, David Watkins (Sarah), Carol Riney (Terry), Nancy Santos (David) and Janet Watkins; her grandchildren, Jonathan Watkins, Luke Watkins (Adriana), Meghan Saravanja, Lauren Saravanja and Sam Santos; and her great grandchildren, Lexi Watkins and Logan Watkins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
