He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlan E. Winborn and Elizabeth Corine Winborn; his sister Sandra Winborn; and his parents-in-law, Roy Wesley and Clara Marie Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Williams Winborn of Helena; his son Wesley Kyle Winborn (Kaitlin) of Hoover; his granddaughters, Cora Jeanmarie Winborn and Clara Rose Winborn; his sister Rachel Holcombe; his niece Shelley Montgomery; and his nephews, Chris Holcombe and Jim Smith.
