He is survived by: his children, Cedric Bernard (LaTonya) of Hueytown, Dominque Bernard of Mobile and Genesis Bernard of Fayetteville, N. C.; his aunt Earnestine Brown of Huston; his siblings, Clausell Ray Bernard of Jackson, James Bernard (Johnnie) of Jackson, Floyd Bernard, Glarin Hadley of Jackson, Ida Bernard of Jackson, Shirley Starling (Ronnie) of Jackson and Shameka Jackson (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Taylor Bernard of Birmingham, Paxton Bernard of Hueytown and Bailee Waver of Mobile; and his close friend Alisa Anderson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
