He is survived by: his uncle G. T. Kirkpatrick; his friend Keith Campbell; his wife Frankie D. Smitherman Fulgham; his sons, Keith Alan Fulgham (Debbie), Clinton Walter Fulgham (Ellen) and Frank Eric Fulgham (Michelle); his sisters, Jeanie Jones, Glendal Gentry and Kathy Braswell; his grandsons, Keith Adam Fulgham (Natalie), Jacob Alexander Fulgham, Clinton Joshua Fulgham (Kristi), Blake Alexander Fulgham (Alonia) and Justin Kane Fulgham; and his great grandchildren, Clinton Maxwell Fulgham, Eva Elizabeth Fulgham, Davis Ryne Fulgham, Jackson Rhys Fulgham, Holden Fulgham and Parker Fulgham.
