He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Asberry Beam and Gladys Opal Utter Beam. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Beam (Gina), Tammy Swinney (Tracy) and Suzanne Austin (Scott); his grandchildren, Melissa, Bree, Adison, Taylor, Asher, Gray, Regan and Witt; his sister Letha Blythe; and his close friend Sue Junkins. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association @ act.alz.org for Charles Beam Sr. tribute.
