It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Alva Teems Jr. of Helena, Alabama, who passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles Alva Teems; and his mother-in-law Nancy Carroll. He is survived by: his mother Estelle Teems; his wife Charlene Carroll Teems; his children, Carmen Brinks (William) and Robert Coy Teems (CJ); his sister Lecretia Curren (Kenny); his grandchildren, Tucker Brinks, Charlsie Brinks, Aria Teems and Rhett Teems; his brother George "Bossman" Watkins (Bethany); and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Carroll (Tammy), Karen Selman (Mike), Vivian Crumpton (Timmy) and Jody Williams (Eddie).
