He is survived by: his children, Camber Marie Lambert of Centre, Michael Todd Delevie of Piedmont, Tracy Alan Delevie of Piedmont and Steven Curtis Delevie of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Dakota Lambert, Deana Lambert, Brody Lambert, Sammy Delevie and Londyn Holloway; his goddaughter Cadence Combs; and his great grandchild Creek Jace Johnson.
