He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Sapp and Aurther Sapp; his children, Tami Bailey and Shane Suggs; his sister Sandra Leigh Sapp; and his granddaughter Candace Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Sapp; his children, Brandi Chapman (Tony), Kim Buchanan (Donny), Pam Rhoads (Harold), Scott Bailey (Shawn) and Gary Suggs; and his siblings, Becky Rodgers, Raymond Chandler (Patricia), David Chandler (Merry), Richard Chandler, Billy Sapp (Ruth), Roger Crawford and John Robert Crawford (Debbie). He is also survived by Grandchildren 19-Great Grandchildren.
