He was predeceased by: his parent Tom L. of Trussville; and his siblings, Janice Harris and Bobby Smith, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Lorraine R. Smith of Trussville; his wife Ramona Sawyer Smith of Heflin; his children, Tommy W. Smith, Jr. of Heflin and Michelle Smith of Gadsden; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Smith of Odenville and Clarence Harris of Asheville. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
