He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell Owen Thrash; his children, Vicki Thrash Gaines (Richard) of Northport, AL, Donna Thrash Bowman (David) of Heflin, AL and Mark Ross Thrash (Heidi); his grandchildren, Beth Bowman Clanton (Eric) of Piedmont, AL, Jennifer Gaines of Tuscaloosa, AL, Allen Gaines (Katie) of Northport, AL, Andrew Bowman (Brianna) of Destin, FL, Ross W. Thrash of Atlanta, GA and Anna Thrash; his great grandchildren, Russell Clanton, Laura Beth Clanton, Savannah Gaines and Reagan Gaines; and his cousins, Zate and Lynwood Williamson.
