Sylvia Ruth Allen Lipscomb Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sylvia Ruth Allen Lipscomb of Heflin, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 15, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Sylvia is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sylvia's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Monroe Lipscomb; her sons, David (Gay) and Harold (Micki); her grandchildren, Cary, Beth, Abbi and Kati; and her great grandchildren, Hudson and Avery.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pine Grove Baptist Church (921 Co Rd 62, Heflin, AL 36264). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
