He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ivey Sullivan; his children, Jon Sullivan (Angie) and Marsha Cumbee (David); his grandchildren, Genie Boynton (Jason), Patrick Sullivan (Kaitlyn), Michael Cumbee and Brittany Jones (Bo); his great grandchildren, Tyler Boynton, Bailey Jones, Savannah Sullivan and Berkley Jones; and his brother Ralph Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
