She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Storey and Pearl Storey; and her siblings, Dorothy Carden, James Storey, Donald Storey and John Storey.
She is survived by: her husband James Hulett Thompson of Heflin, AL; her son Brent Thompson (Angie); her sister Helen Arlene Goetz; and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Pruitt (Dustin) and Brooklyn (Sam).
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Heflin Baptist Church.
