He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey Hase and Annie Hase. He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Rogers (Jim) and Denise Carlean (Craig); and his sister-in-law Barbara Waller. He is also survived by Several grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
