He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Willingham and Nellie Willingham; and his son Jerry Willingham. He is survived by: his wife Mary Willingham; his children, Jane Holland (Bruce), Kristie Goss (Johnny), Terry Willingham (Amanda) and Shannon Willingham (Megan); and his sisters, Helen Brady and Rachel Gore. He is also survived by Grandchildren - 10 Great Grandchildren.
