He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Edwards and Margie Edwards; and his brother Wayne Smith. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Smith of Heflin, AL; his children, Amanda Willingham (Terry) of Heflin, AL, Andrea Wilson (James) of Heflin, AL and Mark Smith (Sandy) of Brantley, AL; his grandchildren, Ashton Willingham, Jesse Willingham, Madison Skinner, Aaden Tucker, Jenna Wilson, Kyle Carnley and Corey Latham; and his great grandchildren, Adalida and Raylon Latham.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to; Lower Cane Creek Cemetery Fund.
