He was predeceased by: his wife Theta Ladell Perry (Griffith) of Eulaton; his parents, James Elbert Perry and Mattie Cumy Perry (Kerr); his grandsons, Truman Burch Perry and Christopher Tanard Young; and his great grandchild Adin Christopher Young.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Lamar Perry; his grandchild Tracy Lance Perry; and his sons, James Lamar Perry and John Larkin Perry.
