He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerrie Wise and Edna Wise; his sister Geraldine Walker; and his brothers-in-law, L. C. Walker, Jack Welch, Jerry Wayne McElroy, Erle Maner and Sanford Maner.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Maner Wise; his daughters, Andrea Smith (Byron) and Stephanie Kirby; his granddaughter Maggie Rae Smith; his sisters, Lorene Welch and Delane McElroy; and his sister-in-law Doris (Kerry).
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Wise Chapel Church.
