She was predeceased by: her parent Shinijiro Nishijima. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Cason (Mike) of Madison, VA, Edwin Martin (Lorrie) of Waxahachie, TX, Linda Adams of Ranburne, AL and Helen Smelser (Michael) of Bowdon, GA; and her grandchildren, Brian Cason (Pauline), Justin Cason (Katherine), Michael Martin (Erica), Michelle Blackmon, Kenneth Eagle (Heather), Ashley Donehoo, David Wheeler (Angelina), Bradley Wheeler (Kimberly), Jo Lynn Graham (Dusty), Randi Lee Day (Steve) and Kaysea Smith (David). She is also survived by great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
