She was predeceased by: her husband Porter Gene Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Shelia Turner of Heflin; and her granddaughter Ashlee Turner-Lee (Lamar) of Springfield.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
