It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Dwayne Pointer of Heflin, Alabama, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Franklin Dwayne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Ann Pointer. He is survived by: his wife Janessa Pointer; his father Franklin Pointer Jr.; his children, Ashley Gold (Patrick) and Hunter Pointer; and his grandchildren, Kyler, Paisleigh and Blakeleigh.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Coldwater Baptist Church (4400 Airport Rd, Oxford, AL 36203).
