He is survived by: his wife Gail Fields of Heflin, AL; his sons, Scott Fields (Duska) of Heflin, AL and Keith Tibbetts of Heflin, AL; his sister Carol Bond of Huntsville, AL; and his grandchildren, Hunter Fields (Rachel) and Clark Fields (Caton). He is also survived by Great Grandchildren - 6 Friends.
